Role description:

Arcadis is seeking a Senior Program Consultant Contract Solutions to join our Global Excellence Centre (GEC) offices in Bangalore / Manila. The successful candidate will support a diverse portfolio of North American projects collaborating closely with onsite teams and stakeholders. You will provide expertise in project controls schedule management claims analysis and cross-regional collaboration.

Role accountabilities:

  • Support the owner in project controls and claims management including reviewing contractor schedule updates and preparing preliminary analysis reports for project review meetings.
  • Conduct detailed reviews of contractor schedule submissions generate progress-only schedules and produce comparison reports against baselines.
  • Prepare schedule analysis reports using standard templates highlight critical issues and recommend actions to mitigate potential delays.
  • Update the master program with schedule information from multiple contractors track progress on priority projects and report findings to the owner.
  • Identify causes and impacts of project delays review and evaluate contractor claims (time and/or cost) and lead or perform retrospective delay analyses such as Time Impact Analyses.
  • Support financial controls by processing project bills in the internal Oracle system updating reconciliation and closeout requests in the master schedule and tracking financial closeout status across all projects.
  • Attend project review meetings execute actions based on client or onsite team feedback and collaborate effectively with colleagues across regions.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors in Engineering preferably Civil Engineering with Post Graduation in Construction Management or Project Management.
  • 7-10 years of experience in project management functions including project controls contract administrationand claims management.
  • Strong project and program management skills in a consultancy or client-side environment.
  • Proven experience in project controls schedule analysis and claims management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with project scheduling software (e.g. Primavera P6 MS Project) and MS Office suite.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a global cross-functional team setting.
