Position Description:
This role is hybrid and requires you to be at a Client office (20 King Street W Toronto) at a minimum 4 days per week - subject to change at any time.
The Senior RPA Developer is responsible for leading supporting and executing projects and initiatives to drive the transformation of HR. This role will support the Robotic Process Automation team through analysis design development and support activities.
This role will collaborate closely with Operations Technology Business teams to capture requirements streamline and automate processes. This role will also partner with Technology Teams on production support and maintenance of existing automated solutions.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
oDevelop robust automation processes leveraging RPA (Blue Prism)
oAccountable for development of new or significant changes/enhancements to RPA processes
oSupport initiatives led by operational excellence managers business managers or service partners relating to streamlining processes and providing data and analytics
oResponsible for mentoring junior staff and providing support and assistance to members of the RPA team
oConduct solution design walkthroughs and code reviews with the team and appropriate stakeholders
oOwnership of specific changes to enhance RPA or as lead assigned to projects and initiatives
oWork closely with members of the development and QA teams to review requirements and implement solutions
oCoordinate activities and document results related to quality assurance end user acceptance testing and post implementation verification
oCoordinate with Production Support (onshore/offshore) to ensure bots deployed in Production are running as expected
oPromote innovative or improved methods to get the work done and implement best practices across the RPA team.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Must Have;
oProficiency with Blue Prism SQL Python
o6-10 years previous work experience of Blue Prism
o1 to 2 years of previous work experience with Python
o1 to 2 years of API integration with Blue Prism
oGood Knowledge of SQL server
oUndergraduate Degree in Computer Science Engineering
oExcellent Communication Skills
Nice to have;
oUnderstanding of SAP and Service Now Workday
oUnderstanding of Blue Prism Upgrade to version 7 or later
oUnderstanding of programming languages such as C#
oBlue Prism Associate Developer Certification Blue Prism Developer Certification Blue Prism Certified Solution Designer

The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level geographic market experience and training and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $80000$130000. This role is an existing vacancy.
