The Role:
Our team is part of the EnginesRecommendations& Insights sub-product area. The teams current mission is toleveragecutting-edgeAI technologies to transform how customers interact with and understand their process data. Our primary focus is on developing a powerful search feature thatutilizesAI to help users quickly find information and insights within complex data sets. Additionally we are exploring how to apply AI to enhance our analysis and dashboards making the results of our various analyses more intuitive and easier for customers to understand.
What youll do:
As an Associate Developer (f/m/d) you will
- work in a highly motivated agile development team according to Scrum
- take over responsibility for design implementation test and maintenance
- contribute to architecture and concept definition depending on your experience
- have the chance to continuously enhance your knowledge and keep up with the latest technology trends

What you bring:
Good to excellent bachelors or masters degree in one of the following or related areas: Information Technology Computer Science Business Informatics Mathematics Engineering Physics or Business Administration
A foundational knowledge of semantic HTML CSS and core JavaScript concepts
Afoundationalknowledgeofcoreweb andbrowserconcepts
Experiencedinwritingautomatedtests( Cypress etc.)
Experienceofperformanceandoptimizationchallengesand aprovenabilitytobothdiagnoseandpreventthem
ExperiencedinusingGitin a professional/businessenvironment
Englishlanguageskillsbothwrittenand verbal
Abilitytocommunicateclearlyandconciselyaboutcomplextechnical organizational and/orarchitecturalchallengesandproposeiterativesolutions
Motivationtoworkin an agileenvironment
Strong teamplayer with cross-cultural awareness
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in one the following technologies is a plus:

The mission of the new unit is to combine both products into a joint offering with multiple editions catering to different customer use-cases.
