preseason Original Sales Plans - financial sales and inventory - consistent with the markets top-down goals to be used in development of the merchandise strategies for the season and to support line development and buying needs.
support in bringing inventory cover to the planned timeline without losing revenue opportunity. New systems will need to be put in to bring focus on smallest portions of slow moving inventory aligning the business to take timely and effective action to clear slow moving inventory.
