WHAT YOUR JOB WILL BE ABOUT
The Graduate Programme lasts 9-12 months and is designed to challenge you personally and professionally while providing a deep understanding of retail operations in a global organisation.
After completing the programme you will be assigned to a JYSK country taking co-responsibility for sales and marketing initiatives. Your work will include selecting articles for marketing campaigns managing pricing and assortment and monitoring competitors.
You will also have the opportunity to visit other JYSK countries for meetings and competitor monitoring (approximately 15-20 travel days per year).

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
To succeed in this role you need a structured and analytical mindset combined with a proactive approach to challenges.
We are looking for a new colleague who:
- Has completed or will soon complete a Bachelors or Masters degree within Business Marketing or a related field
- Can plan prioritise and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines
- Is analytical and has a structured approach to your tasks
- Approaches problems proactively and proposes solutions
- Can communicate effectively in English both written and spoken
- Has strong Excel skills and familiarity with BI tools
- Understands the commercial aspects of retail and how they impact results
