Job Summary
Are you ready to start your SAP career in an international retail organisation where stable IT operations are essential for business success At JYSK Head Office in Aarhus you will join our Graduate Programme and work with some of the most business-critical SAP systems and solutions in the retail industry.
As a SAP Basis Graduate you will become part of our SAP & Development area within IT. You will work close to both business and technology and gain hands-on experience with SAP solutions that support operations across JYSKs global setup. You can expect a steep learning curve strong support from colleagues and a clear path into a permanent role once you complete the programme.
WHAT WE OFFER YOU
You will join a structured 24-month JYSK Graduate Programme designed to support your professional and personal development. The programme combines hands-on work rotations across teams and close sparring with experienced colleagues ensuring you build a solid foundation within SAP Operations.
You will be based at our Head Office in Aarhus and become part of a supportive and down-to-earth team with a strong focus on collaboration knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. After successful completion of the programme you will secure a permanent position within your area of specialisation at JYSK.

You will work closely with experienced SAP specialists and business stakeholders and gradually take on more responsibility. A key part of the role is understanding complex SAP solutions identifying issues and contributing to improvements as JYSK continues to introduce new systems and technologies.
Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:
- Rotating across SAP Operations-related teams to build strong system and business knowledge
- Supporting SAP solutions including daily operations maintenance and troubleshooting
- Participating in optimisation and improvement initiatives within SAP Operations
- Taking responsibility for your own implementation tasks and technical deliveries
- Developing and implementing new SAP solutions to optimise SAP operations
- Working with tools such as SAP HANA Studio CloudALM and Jira

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
We are looking for a new colleague who:
- Has recently completed or will soon complete a Masters degree in IT IT Operations or similar
- Has experience from a relevant student job within IT
- Has an analytical and logical mindset with attention to detail
- Shows interest and flair for IT systems and business processes
- Learns new systems quickly and stays focused in a complex technical environment
- Is comfortable working independently while contributing as part of a team
- Has basic experience with tools such as MS Office suite and an interest in scripting or coding
