About the role
Adobes Digital Strategy Group partners with C-level leadership across Adobes Enterprise customers on customer experience transformation and AI-powered digital innovation. Our engagements leverage Adobes digital benchmarking capabilities industry trends customer-journey mapping organisational assessments architecture audits and other techniques to deliver high-impact recommendations.. We bring together the best of Adobes ecosystem and help clients understand where our Content Supply Chain and Generative AI capabilities like Adobe Firefly alongside Adobe Experience Platform and products such as Adobes Real-Time CDP can help customers unlock value and create the Worlds future digital experiences.
What youll do
Placement Interns will contribute to multiple strategy engagements with senior customers while supporting internal initiatives such as capability development and insights generation.
As part of high-performing teams interns will help develop customer insights research industry trends and support the creation of strategic recommendations. This role provides opportunities to build consulting skills learn enterprise technology and understand how leading brands approach digital transformation.
Interns will also expand their professional network across Adobe collaborating with colleagues in Sales Marketing Product and Professional Services.
We seek candidates who can contribute in one or more of the following areas:
Experience Design Support customer journey mapping exercises to identify pain points and opportunities. Assist in developing concepts for web and mobile experiences that improve customer engagement and business outcomes.
Experience Architecture Help assess customers technology ecosystems and data strategies. Research integration opportunities and share how Adobe solutions can enable better customer experiences.
Analytics and Insights Use a range of tools to analyse customer performance data benchmark against industry standards and identify optimisation opportunities.
Business Value Analysis Support the quantification of business opportunities by researching industry metrics gathering data and assisting with ROI models and business case development.
AI and Personalisation Explore how AI-powered capabilities (including Agentic & generative AI) can enhance customer experiences content workflows and marketing effectiveness.
What you need to succeed
Genuine interest in digital marketing customer experience and/or enterprise technology
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiescomfortable working with data conducting research and developing structured recommendations
Effective communication skills both written and verbal with ability to present ideas clearly
Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in team environments
Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn new concepts quickly
Self-motivated with positive attitude and professional work ethic
Familiarity with digital tools and comfort learning new platforms (prior Adobe experience not required
Bonus points for:
Experience with web analytics A/B testing or digital marketing tools
Exposure to AI tools or interest in generative AI applications
Understanding of UX/UI principles or design thinking methodologies
Fluency in a second language e.g. French Spanish German Arabic
