At AECOM we are currently recruiting for a B&P Digital Delivery Lead to join our team. This role can be based in one of our UK or Ireland offices including London Manchester Birmingham Glasgow Edinburgh or Dublin.

Heres what youll do: 

Position/Role summary: B&P Digital Delivery Lead working with B&P Leadership teams B&P Global Digital Leadership team EC & TPG leads to execute our digital strategy within the B&P EURI Business to accelerate the adoption of digital software tools and embed AI into our projects. As a leader identify and engage with internal stakeholders and team members across the region to develop our digital strategy to collectively deliver our B&P business goals though market leading digital delivery of our services.

Role Expectations

Engage with our Discipline & County Digital leads across EUR&I AI Development team EC Counterparts and TPG business units to understand the business goals and shape and coordinate our digital delivery strategy.

Collaborate with discipline and digital teams to evaluating and improve the digital capabilities across region and drive productivity improvements though digital delivery of our services including:

Lead the co-ordination with the AI Development team to find and embed effective solutions for B&P.

Align approved software to be used by B&P and EC teams

Adoption of approved software AI and digital processes within our project delivery

Lead digital co-ordination with EC to ensure consistency

Lead a team of Discipline and County leads to build a digital community and co-ordinate digital initiatives and activities including:

Establish discipline digital strategies aligned to overall B&P Digital Strategy

Lead on communications and awareness of digital initiatives to B&P teams

Implement Digital healthy starts Project Set up and delivery support

Implement and train teams in use of software and requirements of digital delivery

Co-ordinating with Operations support on Software use and approvals

Encourage innovation from teams in use of digital solutions.

Support to key bids and bid material demonstrating value and innovation in our digital delivery offer.

Act  as a the POC for regional digital initiatives and regularly updating the B&P Leadership team TPG and other regional stakeholders on progress challenges and results.

Oversee the planning execution and tracking the adoption of digital initiatives within the region define clear objectives and KPIs their effective implementation.

Objectives

Coordinate Digital delivery initiatives embed AI and ensure digital project delivery is of quality and standard expected

Report on Digital Delivery progress to B&P Leadership teams and wider Digital Lead group.

Grow a EUR&I discipline delivery team to co-ordinate consistent and standardised way of working within our team and EC to support growth.

Identify discipline specific digital delivery innovation opportunities

Communicate digital initiatives to B&P teams and discipline digital leads across region to improve awareness and adoption.

KPI/Outputs

Adoption of approved digital software AI process and tools.

Creating a digital community across region to maintain and expand on our regional operational structure and drive digital maturity

Build own profile and raise awareness and cascade comms around digital initiatives.

Positive team feedback on digital delivery initiatives.

Input into key ECP/Tier 2 bids as required demonstrating digital delivery

Qualifications :

As the successful candidate you will have experience working within our buildings market along with having the following qualfications and experience.

Attributes/Skills

Proven experience in a digital leadership or transformation role within the built environment or consultancy sector.

Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate vision into action.

Deep understanding of digital tools and innovation in a construction consultancy context.

Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with strong relationship building skills and experience influencing at senior levels.

Self-starter with the ability to work as a positive energized and adaptable regional and global team member

Flexible with work times to align with colleagues in different time zones

Highly developed written and oral communication skills including the ability to present ideas and influence senior leaders

Demonstrated ability to champion and drive ideas/programs/solutions

Excellent organisational and time management skills able to work under pressure and prioritise effectively to deliver cost effective solutions and alignment with budgets.

Able to demonstrate passion energy and drive especially in the face of resistance
