We are looking for a smart and energetic HR Associate to be a part of our Human Resources department. You will be primarily responsible for actively assisting in the entire recruitment process. Besides you should also be able to assist existing employees with of any of their queries.

As an HR Associate you should be able to contact and communicate with potential candidates on phone or email. Moreover you should also be able cross-check candidate details and gather all important documents. Furthermore you should ensure abiding to the legal guidelines at all times.

To be able to perform in this job role you should have a complete knowledge of best human resources practices and familiarity with various addition to this you should be empathetic and demonstrate good decision-making skills. Your ability to work independently and collaboratively will be an added advantage.

You will be responsible for managing all the human resources tasks of the company. You will also be responsible for supervising the Human Resources procedures as well as addition to this you should be able to implement employee compensation and benefits programs.

As an HR Executive you should be able to handle and manage the department budgets. Prior work experience as an HR Executive or a similar role will be an added advantage for the candidate. You should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stress efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Contacting and communicating with potential candidates
  • Reviewing candidate resumes and other important details
  • Communicating with candidate references to verify candidate details
  • Planning and designing employees benefit packages.
  • Executing the employees annual review procedures.
  • Maintaining a detailed record of the companys employees.
  • Creating maintaining and updating potential candidates and employee records
  • Drafting and sending employee contracts
  • Guiding the candidates in completing all the necessary recruiting formalities
  • Collecting and maintaining all candidate and employee documents
  • Ensuring that the candidates are informed about the employee benefits and any other details
  • Administering all the hiring processes of new employees.
  • Analyzing and monitoring all the departments budgets.
  • Supervising the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department.
  • Ensuring all the employees comply with the HR policies.
  • Creating new HR policies and updating the existing ones.
  • Addressing employee queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of any sensitive information
  • Conducting training and recreational programs for the employees
  • Abiding to the legal requirements at all times
  • Coordinating day-to-day activities with the HR Manager
  • Overseeing the employees termination process.
  • Counseling employees as and when required.
  • Conducting exit interviews to identify the reason for termination/resignation.
  • Organizing events and conferences for the employees.
  • Managing workplace safety issues and complaints.
  • Maintaining and recording employee attendance.
  • Adhering to all the companys rules and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management Business Management or a related field
  • 3-5 years of work experience as an HR Associate HR Coordinator HR Consultant or a similar role in the Human Resources department
  • Complete understanding of the human resources best practices and legal guidelines
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems like Jobsoid
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Having an eye for detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • 2 years of working experience as an HR Executive HR Analyst or a similar role in the Human Resources department.
  • Working experience with the Human Resources Management software like Jobsoid.
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of the HR cycle.
  • Outstanding knowledge of Federal and Provincial Labour laws.
  • Ability to work in a critical environment.
