Job Summary
Job Family:
Responsible for conducting securities operations. Incumbents may concentrate on a specific aspect of the business (opening accounts in investment funds) or have responsibility across a number of areas.
General:
Responsible for all operations linked to the setup of an account in investment funds for clients and its maintenance.
Provides administrative and operational support to all cooperating teams and departments such as transaction processing account updates etc.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling account opening requests instructed by clients in a timely manner. This may also include processing of transactions such as subscriptions transfers.
- Answering client and agent inquiries and providing continuous support for FundSettle services.
- Responsibilities may also include sophisticated investigations related to the topic autonomous escalation handling and other additional assignments.
- Resolves problems and processes approvals within clearly established guidelines.
- Role is not closely supervised but operates within established systems and procedures.
- Incumbent may have primary responsibilities in a given security but will have less proven experience and / or skill than Operations Lead
Required Qualification:
- Has a broad knowledge of all the processes of a team a service or the knowledge in several business domains.
- Able to manage situations outside standard processes like escalations contingency sophisticated investigations ....
- Is very mature in the continuous improvement (running PSS review new processes implement new sops). Can mentor or deliver operational trainings in most of the processes of his team.
- Can contribute to sophisticated projects in his business area with a good level of autonomy.
- Stress-resistant and able to produce accurate work.
- Puts big attention to details and is risk-aware able to foresee potential consequences of decisions.
