About the role
We have a rare opportunity for a seasoned yet approachable People & Culture Manager (P&CM) to take on a strategic leadership role within our friendly People & Culture team.
Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer (CPO) the P&CM acts as a leader within the People & Culture team and strategically partners with Practice Group Leaders Practice Managers Executive Managers and Partners within the firm to provide people advisory support.

About the team
This role supports the CPO in leading the People & Culture function and executing the firms strategic people agenda. It oversees core P&C operations ensures the CPOs initiatives are implemented effectively with the help of P&C Business Partners and addresses firm-wide culture talent compliance and organisational design priorities.
Additionally the P&CM will be aligned with up to two Practice Groups and/or Shared Services offering valuable expertise on various people management matters including performance reviews resource management remuneration (REM) and budget setting; employee relations and policies and procedures.
Together with the People & Culture team the role will help strengthen the firms culture of trust collaboration quality innovation and continuous improvement including demonstrating these values in their leadership style while strategically aligning P&C initiatives with the firms goals.
