Job Summary

The Opportunity

Were building something special in Singapore. CRM and Industry (CRM & I) Solutions is a prime go-to-market motion for ServiceNow and we need a leader who can roll up their sleeves to grow both the business and the team.

This isnt a role where youll manage from the sidelines. Youll be in the field with your team winning deals in Financial Services Telecommunications and Public Sector while developing the next generation of solution consulting talent. Youll partner directly with the Singapore and Asia Sales Leader and collaborate across our APAC CRM & I and Asia and Korea Solution Consulting Teams to drive real impact.

What Youll Do

Build the Business

  • Be hands-on in strategic deals across Financial Services Telecommunications and Public Sector
  • Partner with the Asia CRM & Industry Sales Leader to drive pipeline and accelerate wins
  • Shape our go-to-market approach for CRM solutions (Service Sales CPQ Field Service) and Industry Solutions
  • Connect the dots between customer challenges and ServiceNows platform capabilities

Grow the Team

  • Lead coach and develop a team of Solution Consultants across Asia and Korea
  • Build a talent pipeline and hire great people as we scale
  • Create an environment where your team does the best work of their careers
  • Collaborate with the broader APAC CRM & Industry SC team to share expertise and best practices

Drive Excellence

  • Set the standard for how we engage customers and demonstrate value
  • Ensure your team delivers compelling outcome-focused solutions
  • Balance day-to-day execution with longer-term capability building

Qualifications :

What You Bring

  • 7 years leading pre-sales teams ideally in enterprise software
  • Track record of being both a player and a coach you can win deals and develop people
  • Experience in Financial Services Telecommunications or Public Sector is a strong plus
  • Ability to engage credibly from technical architects to C-suite executives
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a bias for action in fast-moving environments
  • Understanding of how AI is transforming enterprise workflows and customer engagement
