Job Summary
Vous serez le point de contact principal des clients et aurez pour missions :
Fournir un service irréprochable et assurer une collaboration fluide entre les équipes notamment en matière de :
Support opérationnel (au sein des équipes internes)
Optimisation marketing (avec les équipes Éditorial et Partenariats Marketing)
Fournir de manière proactive le meilleur accompagnement stratégique (proposition de stratégies de mise sur le marché revues dactivité trimestrielles fourniture danalyses et dinsights etc.)
Gérer efficacement votre temps et vos efforts sur les clients qualifiés en suivant de près la performance de vos comptes
Développer la vente additionnelle (upsell) de services répondant aux besoins et au potentiel des artistes et/ou des labels
Contribuer au développement annuel du chiffre daffaires et de la marge brute des clients
Être responsable du renouvellement des contrats
Assurer le renouvellement des contrats pour nos comptes existants
Garantir la satisfaction lengagement et la réussite des clients
Qualifications :
- 3 à 4 ans dexpérience dans lindustrie musicale avec un historique avéré en vente et de solides compétences en négociation
- Excellente connaissance du paysage des artistes indépendants
- Réseau solide dans lindustrie musicale
- Passion pour la technologie la data et le développement des artistes
- Bonne maîtrise des stratégies locales de mise sur le marché (stratégies de sortie etc.)
- Bonne compréhension de lécosystème musical
- Maîtrise de langlais et de la langue locale (niveau natif)
