What Youll Own:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle job brief to placement in a high-volume temp nursing environment
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while growing new business through networking referrals and outbound activity
Match nurses to contracts quickly and efficiently across metro rural and remote area

You have experience in agency recruitment with temp or contract desk experience considered a big plus. Naturally competitive and target-driven you have a solid track record of achieving results. Youre passionate about delivering outcomes while building long-term relationships with clients.
