生産技術機械設備設計エンジニア

職務内容

高いスキルと革新的な製造エンジニアリングのエンジニアを募集していますこのポジションでは
自動化ソフトウェア統合プロセス最適化を中心とした最先端の製造エンジニアリングソリューションの
開発および実装を担当していただきます

• コンセプトデザインをチームにてディスカッション
• 基礎実験を行いコンセプトを固める
• 製造装置の仕様書の作成見積作成
• 外部サプライヤー(製造装置メーカー)へ発注
• 装置試作機の評価機能チェック
• 海外量産サイト(タイ)へのライン移管量産ライン立ち上げ
• 量産ライン立ち上げ後トラブル改善提案に対して社内にてメンテナンスを行う
• 新規製品のツール設計及び開発部門との打ち合わせ外部サプライヤーへの発注
• 新規製品の試作ツールの評価機能チェック

Qualifications :

必須となる経験資格スキル 

• 高専卒大卒以上
• 機械設計経験(直近1年以内)
• 生産設備の開発経験
• 英語利用に抵抗のない方目安TOEIC500点以上程度
  実務での使用経験は問わないが業務上読み書き(仕様書/メール)は必須で英語での会議にも参加いただくのでビジネスレベルのスキルがあるとより望ましい
• 日本語ビジネスレベル以上

あれば望ましいスキル

• 装置設計設備立ち上げ改善の経験
• Solid Works CADを使用した機械設計経験
• PLC(Mitsubishi製)の使用経験

月給29万円以上経験スキルを勘案の上決定
資格別定額賞与年2回インセンティブ年２回
裁量労働制を選択の場合裁量勤務手当を支給
