Talent Acquisition Advisor plays a strategic role in identifying attracting and selecting top talent to support the companys growth and objectives. They act as a trusted partner to managers and stakeholders providing expert guidance on recruitment best practices and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes.
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies for key positions.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle needs assessment job posting sourcing interviews negotiation and onboarding.
- Conduct market research and advise managers on market trends and hiring practices.
- Leverage technology tools and platforms to optimize sourcing and enhance the candidate experience.
- Design and execute candidate generation strategies while building a strong talent pipeline.
- Participate in strategic projects related to talent acquisition (e.g. employer branding process improvement).
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and promote the companys image.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide recommendations to improve recruitment efficiency.
Qualifications :
- You hold a bachelors degree in human resources or a related field preferred but not a must
- You have 5 to 8 years of experience in recruitment including complex and high-volume roles.
- You are bilingual in French and English. ( Montreal location only)
- You have experience in the aerospace and/or manufacturing industry.
- You have managed multiple roles in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
- You are team-oriented results-driven and have demonstrated strong influencing skills.
- Ability to influence and build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong client focus and innovative mindset.
- Excellent command of sourcing techniques and digital tools (ATS LinkedIn Recruiter etc.).
- Knowledge of market trends and recruitment best practices.
- You have outstanding written and verbal communication skills and can manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
