What youll do

In this role youll:

• Advise on a broad range of commercial property and asset management matters including acquisitions disposals and portfolio management.
• Handle landlord and tenant work such as lease negotiations renewals rent reviews and break options.
• Act for a wide variety of clients including investors developers corporate occupiers and asset managers.
• Support strategic asset management projects delivering practical and commercial legal solutions.
• Collaborate with specialists in other practice groups to deliver joined-up advice.
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.

What were looking for

• 3-5 years PQE with solid technical experience in commercial property transactions and asset management.
• Someone comfortable managing their own matters while contributing to team objectives.
• A shared passion for innovation collaboration - achieving great things together.
