Were looking for a Commercial Analyst to support Rotorks commercial transformation by delivering highquality insights improving data accuracy and helping our global sales teams make smarter datadriven decisions. If youre analytical proactive and confident working with complex datasets this is a great opportunity to directly influence commercial performance.
What Youll Do
- Analyse sales product and customer data to highlight trends risks and opportunities
- Maintain and improve CRM and commercial data quality
- Develop clear KPI dashboards and reports using Power BI
- Support forecasting pricing analysis and performance tracking
- Collaborate with Sales Marketing Finance and Pricing
- Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and tools

Qualifications :
Essential
- Strong proficiency in Power BI ideally with DAX to deliver enterprisegrade analytics and perform detailed commercial analysis including margin pricevolume mix and discount patterns.
- Proven analytical and problemsolving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Previous experience managing product customer and sales data in a similar role.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
Desirable
- Knowledge of TSQL Hex or similar languages for database interrogation.
- Experience with CRM systems and data management best practice.
- Experience using VS Code notebooks or similar notebook-based tools.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales.
- Knowledge of Python R or similar data science languages.
Personal Profile
Essential
- Diploma or vocational qualification in Data Science Statistics Economics Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in data analysis preferably in a B2B or technical industry.
- A proactive responsive and selfmotivated individual with strong accuracy when dealing with data.
- Excellent communication skills able to present complex data clearly to nontechnical audiences.
Desirable
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science Statistics Economics Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience as a Data Steward or Data Owner in a commercial engineering environment.
