学历学位 (Education Background)Bechelor & Above

专业 (Professionals)Prefer to scientific major ( Cell Biology
Biology Molecular Biology Biochemistry.)

经验/履历 (Working Experience)At least 5 years experience and successful sales track record in scientific instruments regarding High Content Analysis or Microscopic System.
Advanced knowledge in general HCA applications including academic research and drug screen unniversity hospitals and research institutes.
Be open to the one who has proven history of driving collaboration and teamwork are more important to us than a specific sales or scientific background.

Strong understanding of biology biochemistry genetics pharmacology or related fields (depending on specialization).
Knowledge of regulatory guidelines (e.g. FDA EMA ICH-GCP) for drug development clinical trials or medical devices.
Familiarity with biotechnology trends (e.g. CRISPR mRNA vaccines AI in drug discovery).Strong Leadership and management skills
Good presentation interpersonal and negotiation skills
Good ability for sales opportunities exploration and management
Good sales channel development and management capability
Communicates effectively internally and externally to push the business.

岗位职责描述Mission and Objectives and Specific Duties of the Position)

1Achieve annual sales targets by developing business plans exploring opportunities and managing customer accounts (payments complaints).

2Maintain and grow relationships with key clients while identifying new business opportunities.

3Collaborate on sales strategies optimize resource allocation and manage budgets.

4Build distributor networks support activities (seminars bids training) and drive market coverage.

5Prioritize and manage sales pipelines focusing on high-potential opportunities.

6Conduct market/competitor analysis and provide actionable insights.

7Organize customer forums exhibitions and digital campaigns to boost brand visibility.

8Deliver timely sales reports forecasts and business reviews.

9Mentor and manage sales team members to meet objectives.

10Ability totroubleshoot scientific challenges(e.g. assay development clinical trial design).

11Experience withdata analysis tools

12 Stays updated withlatest research papers patents and breakthroughs.

13 Encouragesout-of-the-box thinkingfor drug discovery or biotech solutions.
