Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for all our membership-related inquiries and support
Enroll new members process renewals and manage cancellations or membership changes
Maintain accurate membership data and efficient scheduling
Communicate with customers regarding benefits and promote memberships
Collaborate with the call center team to support inbound/outbound membership inquiries
Provide timely professional and friendly customer communication
Resolve issues related to billing scheduling benefit usage & more
Track membership performance metrics
Ensure all membership processes comply with company policies

Qualifications:

3-5 years of administrative experience
Familiarity in HVAC Home Services or membership-based programs
Experience with Service-Titan is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Pay Transparency:

The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from $20-$25/hr. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors such as training transferable skills work experience business needs and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility. We provide a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage life and disability insurance a retirement savings plan paid holidays and paid time off (PTO). A candidates salary history will not be used in compensation decisions. Please note that the compensation information is a good faith estimate for this position. It assumes a rate based on location and experience.
