DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Artist Hospitality: organize document and purchase food and beverage inventory set up and break down dressing rooms daily and ensure a clean and inviting space for artists throughout the season.
- Box Office: sell tickets answer patron questions run ticket reports and keep Will Call and Group Sales tickets organized for day-of pickup.
- Artist Merchandise: organize and count in and out artist inventory set up and break down selling area daily complete sales transactions using Toast software and reconcile sales and run sales reports.
- Attend and present pertinent information at weekly production meetings.
- Provide support for auxiliary activities such as Artist Workshops Stay & Play and onsite mascot (Wolfie) appearances.
- Other duties as assigned.
QualificationsREQUIREMENTS: - Must be at least 18 years old.
- Excellent customer service skills and experience with monetary transactions.
- Must have a customer-service oriented mindset and maintain a demeanor of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and time management skills detail-oriented and computer efficiency.
- Must be available 30-40 hours a week from June-August including early mornings and weekends
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
