What Youll Do:
- Own key P&L and financial statement areas assessing risks reforecasting driving profitability insights supporting monthend close and shaping longterm strategy to build a business plan aligned with current trends
- Ensure all forecasts reflect uptodate trends shifts and relevant business inputs
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports with clear variance analysis and insightful commentary
- Deliver analysis and reporting that blends financial and nonfinancial insights including recurring results forecast decks and adhoc business cases
- Support the monthly close process with accurate and timely variance reports and analysis
- Partner with crossfunctional teams to gather financial data and deepen understanding of business operations
- Support adhoc projects financial analysis and reporting requests as they arise
What Youll Bring:
- Undergraduate degree in business or finance with a solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
- 23 years of experience in FP&A financial reporting or accounting; experience in Retail or CPG is a plus
- Experience supporting a full budget cyclefrom setting targets and goals to socializing with business partners
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and collaborate across teams including nonfinance partners
- Strong prioritization skills and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced everchanging environment
- Demonstrated critical thinking and sound decisionmaking with an understanding of when to seek guidance
- A proactive highly motivated and innovative mindsetnot afraid to challenge the status quo
- Familiarity with Excel and financial systems
- Comfort with Excel modeling and financial systems ideally including SAP Business Objects
