Job Summary
Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering (required)
Postgraduate qualification in Hydraulics Structural Engineering or Water Resources (desirable)
Minimum 1015 years of professional civil engineering experience
At least 710 years in dams and hydropower projects
Proven experience in: Upper works construction (spillways intake gates powerhouse superstructure); Site supervision or resident engineering roles; Contractor management and construction coordination
Experience with FIDIC-based or donor-funded projects is an advantage
Supervision of dam and hydropower upper works
Concrete works reinforced concrete structures and hydraulic structures
Interpretation of engineering drawings specifications and BOQs
Quality assurance inspection and testing
Construction progress monitoring and reporting
