About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Dispatch Support Specialist who will facilitate same-day deliveries across the whole US including Dispatching Runs Communicating with Cross-Functional Teams and Daily interaction with Driver Agents.

What youll do:

  • Dispatch deliveries in assigned markets and create efficient routes given driver schedules customer needs and service level due times.
  • Display mastery of the CXT dispatch system.
  • Communicate directly with customers via phone and email in order to resolve issues quickly while maintaining a calm professional tone both verbally and in writing
  • Display mastery of Dialpad and Zendesk our telephone and ticketing systems
  • Provide direct efficient communication and immediate feedback to drivers
  • Achieve on-time delivery metrics of 90% for all markets assigned.
  • Provide positive ongoing feedback to General Managers City Managers and Supervisors regarding driver supply needs and the performance of specific drivers.
  • Learn your market(s) ensuring full comprehensive knowledge of clients drivers and specific needs of the market.
  • Be available to work assigned shifts with flexibility to work through shift changes as needed including weekends and holidays.


Requirements

Requirements:

  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Customer service skills both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to master new software technologies and eager to learn and adapt to changing market conditions
  • Demonstrated ability to run operationally efficient projects and teams
  • True passion for logistics and the execution of rigorous business practices
  • Knowledgeable on Google Office Suite and Zendesk

  • Slack Internal team collaboration
  • Google Suite Document and file management
  • Zendesk Ticketing and support platform (training provided)
  • DialPad Internal phone system (training provided)
