Director of IDD Independent Living
Full-Time Salary: $55000

GoodLife Innovations is seeking a Site Director to manage a residential network for semi-independent adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). GoodLifes Neighborhood Network is an inclusive and sustainable service model that promotes independent living for adults with I/DD. Our Neighborhood Network centers around professional caregivers who live with and near the people we serve to provide personalized support. This unique program is located within one apartment complex allowing the individuals we serve to live close to full-time caregivers and mentors to assist as needs arise. We have combined state-of-the-art technology and enrichment programs to realize the goal of independent living.

As a Site Director you will ensure a high quality of life for the persons we serve foster a team of well-trained and motivated teaching staff manage all aspects of the Neighborhood Network and maintain compliance with various state and federal regulations.A great candidate will have experience in this field as well as a radically compassionate outlook. Some duties include:

Ensuring strong effective communication and teamwork within and across support staff in the Neighborhood Network
Developing and implementing individualized daily schedules for residents of the Neighborhood Network
Facilitating budget compliance assisting with annual budget development and reviewing budget compliance reports
Maintaining compliance with all relevant licensing standards and regulations by providing guidance and training as necessary as well as serving as communication liaison for licensing entities

Some requirements:

Bachelors degree in psychology human development or a related discipline preferred
One - two years of experience in a position of similar scope preferred
Supervisory experience required
A valid Drivers License and safe driving record
Ability to learn and utilize remote support technology systems for monitoring supervising and supporting persons served
