Job Summary

Healthcare United is seeking a Hospitalist Physician to join a well-established physician-led multispecialty group in southeastern Massachusetts. This is a full-time inpatient-focused opportunity offering a structured block schedule strong specialty support and an efficient team-based care model.

Hospitalists provide coverage across two affiliated community hospitals and are supported by a collaborative team of specialists case managers and administrative staff. The environment emphasizes quality care efficiency and patient satisfaction.

Inpatient care including admissions rounding and discharges

7 on 7 off block schedule

Day shift (7a7p) or swing shift (1p10p)

No required overnight shifts

No ICU management or invasive procedures required

Strong specialty and operational support in place

Requirements

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine

Eligible for Massachusetts medical license

Comfortable working block schedule and rotating shifts

Strong clinical communication and teamwork skills

Not open to visa sponsorship
