For the Corporate Real Estate Management and Facility Services (CREFS) department we are looking for a Senior Real Estate Program Manager.

Senior Real Estate Program Manager
As senior real estate program manageryoullbemanagingstrategicreal estate activities within ING NL.

Your key responsibilities

• Transform INGs strategic business goals into a forwardthinking Real Estate strategy using market insights and demandsupply analysis to shape the future of our NL Real Estate portfolio.
• Take the lead in initiating strategic Real Estate projectsfrom early feasibility analyses to business casedevelopmentand approval.
• Ensure that real estate projects are professionally and timely managed (plan of approach progress reporting speed of delivery stakeholder management) resulting in the best strategic Real Estate solution for ING.
• The execution phaseis managed by CREFSProgram youll act as the asset owner youll be part of the Project Steerco safeguarding alignment with the approved business case and overseeing delivery through to project completion.
• Develop a program approach and advice & implement lean improvements.
• Provide ad-hoc support for other Real Estate activities where needed.
• Review policies from various expertise areas guard that policies are not contradictory and are aligned with CREFS strategy. Where necessary provide advice on alternative approaches. Translate and embed these policies into the real estate portfolio and manage their impact (e.g. on budget).
• You steer and collaborate with multidisciplinary real estate project teams including external parties.
  

We are looking for:

Were looking for a real estate expert who can turn complex ambitions into clear direction and real impact. As such you:

• Have owned and delivered large complex high impact real estate programs end to end.
• Bring expertise in business cases development capex/opex TCO demandsupply management and transactions.
• Understand governance at the executive level including SteerCo reporting and decisionmaking.
• Excel in program and project management steering risk pace and outcomes across the full lifecycle.
• Can translate policies (Security HSE ESG Legal/Compliance etc.) into practical portfolioready action.

Furthermore you have/are:

• A bachelor or masters level background (preferably in Real Estate Business Administration Finance or a related field) complemented by 6 years of relevant experience in Corporate Real Estate or Real Estate development.
• Preferable qualifications: PMP/Prince2 Lean/Six Sigma and RICS/MRE.
• Financially strong with knowledge NPV P&L sensitivity analysis lifecycle/TCO budget cycles.
• Demonstrated strong stakeholder management and communication such as concise decisionmaking briefs and clear reporting.
• Fluent in both Dutch and English.

• An analytical mindset with the ability to identify problems analyze data and make decisions based on them.
• Proactive and curious. You are always eager to explore new ideas and perspectives.
• A team player and take ownership of your responsibilities. You collaborate effectively with others while also being confident in making decisions when needed.

Your work environment

• You will become part of the Corporate Real Estate Management team which consists of approximately 13 direct addition you will work closely with subjectmatter experts from Facility Services Security Finance Global Corporate Real Estate Procurement and external suppliers.
• You will report hierarchically to the Head of Real Estate for the Netherlands.
