About the Role
Were looking for a strategic and hands-onArea Manager Local Modern Trade (LMT) to lead our commercial operations across Sulawesi & Kalimantan. You will be responsible for driving sales growth managing relationships with modern trade outlets and leading a team of Sales Representatives. This role is key to executing our commercial strategy and expanding our footprint in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in LMT (Local Modern Trade).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store partners and LMT customers.
- Analyze market trends including competitor activities and identify sales opportunities within LMT channels.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
- Ensure product availability and visibility in stores according to the planogram.
Who Were Looking For
- 35 years of experience in managing Local Modern Trade accounts (e.g. minimarkets local retail chains). Preferably in the same region
- Proven success in the FMCG industry
- Strong strategic thinking and hands-on operational execution
- Experience in leading and developing sales teams
- Proficiency in MS Excel and managing sales budgets
- Highly motivated proactive and results-oriented
