LEAP is a Defence project for the supply and operation of living-in accommodation for single members of the Australian Defence Force. Our team provides essential facility management services across these conjunction with LEAP Delta FM has the expertise experience and support to provide exceptional facilities management services. Our end-to-end facilities management and project management services ensure that infrastructure is put in place smoothly and efficiently.

HE POSITION

• Full time position working 7.6 hours per day 5 days per week
• On call (generally 1 week in 3)
• Garden Care - spray/whipper snipper/mowing
• Competent in operating general maintenance and grounds equipment
• Responsible for ensuring the grounds of our single persons accommodation are maintained to a high standard
• Perform general light repairs and maintenance across the village.
• Moving of furniture as required
• Support the upkeep of communal and accommodation areas.

THE PERSON

• Previous Grounds experience
• Physically fit fun and able
• Good communication skills with a flexible approach
• Previous experience in handyperson work an advantage or a passion for DIY.
• Strong focus on safety and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
