Director of Sales - In-Building Network (DAS)

Job Description:
The Director In-Building Network Sales is responsible for developing and implementing the U.S. go-to-market strategy and driving revenue growth for the NWS Solution Suite across carrier integrator neutral host provider and enterprise accounts. This role leads business strategies for organic growth and new business capture ensuring annual targets for total sales and gross profit are achieved. The Director will develop and lead a sales team foster strong customer relationships and collaborate cross-functionally with Product Line Management Engineering Operations Marketing Finance and other groups to enhance customer value and overall company performance.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Build and execute the U.S. go-to-market strategy for DAS and related network infrastructure solutions.
Customer Engagement & Business Development
- Establish and maintain strong trust-based relationships with key clients ensuring delivery of best-in-class solutions and customer success.
- Secure new business opportunities by developing innovative value-added solutions that differentiate NWS and displace competitors.
- Gain full understanding of the NWS product portfolio and services capabilities to effectively communicate value propositions to prospective customers.
Revenue Growth & Account Management
- Secure revenue with new clients while ensuring existing accounts meet or exceed performance goals.
- Ensure sales targets are met or exceeded across all assigned accounts.
- Maintain disciplined sales funnel management forecasting and pipeline development.
Services Growth & Solution Integration
Drive adoption and revenue growth across NWSs expanded services portfolio including:
- Strategic stocking kitting and logistics services to improve deployment efficiency and shorten project timelines.
- Engineering and technical network design for DAS public safety fiber and supporting infrastructure.
- Site surveys and on-site services including field assessments and installation support.
- Commissioning and performance testing to ensure system readiness compliance and optimal operation.
- Turnkey deployment support delivering end-to-end project execution from design to activation. Work cross-functionally with engineering operations and service delivery teams to ensure seamless solution integration and superior customer outcomes.
Qualifications
- 7 years of sales experience preferably with direct sales to U.S. wireless carriers.
- Familiarity with wireless infrastructure products including cable/connectivity solutions DAS/public safety systems material components and related technologies.
- Strong communication presentation and executive-level relationship-building skills.
- Ability to bring an existing network of key industry contacts and decision-makers.
- Experience in sales funnel management forecasting and strategic account planning.
- Proven track record of delivering custom value-based solutions.
- Experience leading and developing high-performance teams and promoting a culture of accountability and achievement.
- Up to 50% travel may be required.

- 5 years of successful supervisory or management experience demonstrating the ability to motivate develop and attract talent.
- Strong technical understanding of NWS products and services with the ability to clearly articulate capabilities internally and externally.
- Excellent verbal written interpersonal and diplomacy skills.
- Experience providing leadership in systems processes and operational challenges.
- Background in commercial/contract negotiation with a history of achieving favorable outcomes.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and strong organizational and planning skills.

Sales & Revenue Performance
- Achievement of annual revenue gross profit and margin targets across assigned product and service verticals.
- Year-over-year sales growth for DAS public safety connectivity and related network infrastructure solutions.
- New account acquisition quota and contribution of new business to total sales.
Pipeline & Forecasting Discipline
- Accuracy of monthly and quarterly sales forecasts within defined tolerance thresholds.
- Pipeline velocity and progression metrics including opportunity aging conversion rate and average deal cycle time.
Services Adoption & Growth
- Services attachment rate for strategic stocking/kitting/logistics engineering/network design site surveys commissioning and turnkey deployment support.
- Growth in services revenue as a percentage of total bookings.
Customer Engagement & Satisfaction
- Customer retention rate and expansion within existing accounts.
- Customer satisfaction or Net Promoter Score (NPS) targets tied to solution delivery responsiveness and overall experience.
- Time-to-resolution and coordination effectiveness for cross-functional service delivery.
Operational & Team Leadership Metrics
- Sales team attainment rates (quota achievement per rep).
- Team productivity metrics such as activity levels meeting volume and opportunity generation.
- Employee retention and development indicators (e.g. readiness planning skill development).
Market Expansion & Strategic Initiatives
- Growth in targeted verticals (carriers integrators neutral hosts enterprise).
