Job Summary
The District is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Girls Varsity Head Soccer Coach to lead our high school soccer program. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about soccer and committed to developing student-athletes both on and off the field.
Compensation: $4078.35 per year (stipend)
Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the varsity girls soccer program including practices games and team development
Develop individualized and team training plans to improve technical skills tactical understanding and overall performance
Promote a positive safe and inclusive environment that encourages teamwork sportsmanship and student growth
Mentor student-athletes in discipline leadership and personal development
Collaborate with assistant coaches athletic staff and school administration to ensure a successful program
Qualifications / Experience
Proven experience coaching soccer at the high school or competitive level
Knowledge of soccer rules strategies and conditioning programs
Strong organizational communication and leadership skills
Commitment to student development integrity and fostering a positive athletic culture
