As part of the Campus & Branch team there is a primary focus on providing end-to-end connectivity solutions for the Banks technology across data centres campus sites and remote branches.

This positions operational priority is to support and provide technical leadership for Caribbean operations followed by LATAM and Canada collaborating closely with regional and global teams.

As an Infrastructure Support Lead you will serve as a technical and operational reference within GNE guiding a team of engineers in the deployment supporting and continuous improvement of network and voice services.

You will support infrastructure modernization projects remote deployments and technical coordination across multiple geographies ensuring alignment with corporate standards best practices audit requirements and global strategies.

A critical requirement for this role is hands-on experience leading SD-WAN deployments including planning configuration cutover execution and troubleshooting in multi-site environments.

Provide technical leadership to engineers responsible for LAN WAN WiFi Voice IP services and SDWAN.
Lead and participate in SDWAN deployment activities across supported regions.
Coordinate deployment activities and change implementations across Campus & Branch environments.
Perform network configurations validations and support during project deployments.
Ensure compliance with GTEP standards security controls and operational procedures.
Act as an escalation point for network incidents across supported regions.
Manage technical communication documentation and project deliverables.
Collaborate with Canadian and Global Engineering teams to maintain consistent secure and scalable designs.
Analyze complex problems and develop solutions based on industrys best practices.
You enjoy mentoring and technically guiding engineering teams.
You thrive in large-scale projects and multiregional coordination.
You value precise documentation and clear consistent communication.
You are motivated to work with Caribbean LATAM and Canadian teams.
Participate in execution calls to implement changes with diverse technical teams.


Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role
Mandatory: Proven handson experience with SDWAN deployments (Aruba EdgeConnect / SilverPeak preferred) including configuration tunnel design routing overlays QoS monitoring and troubleshooting.
5 years of handson experience supporting enterprise LAN/WAN WiFi Voice and related network technologies.
Experience with Cisco Aruba FortiGate SilverPeak/Aruba EdgeConnect.
Strong knowledge of FortiGate firewall policies VPN (IPSec/SSL) NAT and high availability (HA) setups.
Familiarity with FortiManager and FortiAnalyzer for centralized management and reporting.
Strong knowledge of VOIP routing switching VPN HA DNS/DHCP/IPAM and IP services.
Excellent communication skills and comfort interacting with technical peers business stakeholders and vendors.
Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage competing priorities.
Strong analytical skills and a solutionsoriented mindset.
You possess good time management and organizational skills to effectively manage high scale project.
Postsecondary education in networking engineering or computer science.
Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP/CCIE are considered an asset.
Spanish language proficiency is considered a strong plus.
