Job Description:
The Space Superiority Division is seeking a Lead Program Financial Analyst to support a Cost-Plus/Firm-Fixed-Price program in Westminster CO. The candidate will be responsible for the execution of program finance processes and deliverables inclusive of budgeting EVMS CDRL preparation internal financial metrics reporting and partnership with program management.
Essential Functions:
Work to achieve program operational targets to impact overall division results
Communicate with program management and cross-functional teammates to explain and interpret information
Support development and maintenance of program IMS and budget
Lead program financial processes including EVMS CDRL preparation and financial forecasting
Prepare weekly/monthly program financial reports
Analyze program cost and billing details
Advise program management and cross-functional teammates on adherence to Finance policies procedures and adoption of best practices
Ultimate ownership of the teams execution of program finance deliverables including EVMS CDRLs ERP system management financial forecasting and process improvement objectives
Utilize proficiency with financial ERP system as well as Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to obtain US Government security clearance
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree and a minimum of 9 years of prior relevant experience; Or Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience; Or in lieu of a degree a minimum of 13 years of prior related experience

Strong communication and presentation skills
Attention to detail with ability to recognize trends that present financial risks or opportunities
Strong Proficiency in Earned Value Management EVMS certification is a plus
Experience with creating financial forecasts
Experience in performing Cost and Software Data Reporting (CSDR)
Specific experience with PeopleSoft Hyperion and Cobra is a plus
Top Secret SCI security clearance is a plus but not required
In compliance with pay transparency requirements the salary range for this role in Colorado state is $91500-$170500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
