Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Operational Leadership: Supervise daily shift operations ensuring staff adhere to service standards grooming and appearance guidelines.
- Guest Service: Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction proactively resolve complaints and handle special requests.
- Staff Management: Train mentor and coach employees; create staff rosters; and assign daily tasks/side work.
- Inventory & Cost Control: Monitor stock levels for food beverages and supplies; conduct inventory counts; and assist with ordering and cost-reduction measures.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with health safety and hygiene regulations including alcohol service laws.
- Coordination: Liaise between front-of-house kitchen and sales departments to ensure smooth service for banquets and events.
