St. Elizabeth Hospital located in Fort Morgan Colorado is a Level 3 Trauma Center and an American College of Cardiology Accredited Chest Pain Center serving northeastern Colorado. Providing care through-out the region St. Elizabeth Hospital provides cardiology maternal emergency surgical pediatrics and acute care inpatient services in addition to the multitude of subspecialists in our specialty clinic. At 50 beds St. Elizabeth is the regions referral center serving a wide span of northeastern Colorado. Since 1952 St. Elizabeth has been serving the community in Morgan County which is one of the most diverse counties in Colorado speaking more than 28 languages.

Join our team as a House Supervisor. The House Supervisor is responsible for coordination and direction of safe and efficient patient care and throughput in the hospital by providing a communication link with ED patient registration LIPs and nursing units. As a House Supervisor you will:
- Serve as clinical resource person in delivery and supervision of direct and indirect care processes.
- Provide competent leadership and direction for all hospital Codes and emergency management.
- Act as agent for department and hospital executives when they are not present and reports concerns and events to the designated administrator on call.
The schedule is 1900-0700 with rotating weekends and holidays.
Job Requirements
In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day qualified candidates will need the following:
- Two years clinical RN experience required
- 1-year clinical leadership experience preferred
- BSN required within 2 years of hire
- MSN preferred
- RN License to practice in Colorado or Kansas as applicable
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Association
- Will need TNCC and PALS
Physical Requirements-Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally and/or up to 20lbs frequently and/or up to 10lbs constantly)
