Your Future Role
2000 colleagues shape in Salzgitter the future of green mobility. They design and manufacture hydrogen and electric-powered vehicles locomotives andtrams produce bogies and repair all kinds of freight wagons.
Well look for you to:
- Lead the systems purchasing department with strong technical and professional guidance
- Manage supplier relationships and drive negotiation processes
- Coordinate and oversee supplier inquiries to ensure timely and accurate responses
- Measure and evaluate supplier and procurement performance using KPIs
- Identify develop and implement costreduction opportunities
- Collaborate closely with crossfunctional departments
- Contribute proactively to projects and continuous improvement initiatives

- Completed degree in business administration or a related field
- Very good knowledge of purchasing in an industrial company or comparable environment
- Good technical understanding and process knowledge in procurement
- Determination ability to work in a team and flexibility
- Good MS Office and IT skills
- Willingness to travel
- Businessfluent German and English skills
