Job Description:

As the first dedicated growth hire you will own the entire acquisition funnel for a disruptive fintech platform. You will manage high-velocity experimentation across paid social landing page optimization and sales conversion. This high-impact role requires a hands-on leader to build a scalable engine that helps customers capture hidden savings.

• Design and iterate on full-funnel experiences including landing pages lead nurturing sequences and discovery sales calls.

• Build data dashboards to track critical metrics like CAC and LTV while running rapid conversion experiments.

The ideal candidate:

• Proven track record managing significant monthly paid social spend with a focus on data-driven optimization.

• Versatile skillset across performance marketing copywriting and direct sales to handle lead conversion end-to-end.

• Thrives in high-intensity startup environments with extreme ownership and the ability to navigate deep ambiguity.
