The role involves teaching Art across KS3 and KS4 with the opportunity to teach KS5 depending on experience. Alongside delivering engaging practical and theory-based lessons the successful candidate will take on a TLR-linked responsibility which may include curriculum leadership mentoring or leading a specific area within the Art department.
QTS and a degree in Art Fine Art or a related subject
Experience teaching Art at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable)
Strong knowledge of a range of artistic media and techniques
Experience or readiness to take on a leadership or responsibility role
Ability to inspire creativity while maintaining high classroom standards
