Job Summary

Description of the Role:

Coordinate the day-to-day operations of logistics facilities while overseeing the end-to-end launch of new logistics hubs across the country ensuring compliance safety operational efficiency and adherence to deadlines and budgets.

Key responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day warehouse facilities documentation vendor invoices and maintenance records.

2. Oversee contracts and relationships with vendors (security cleaning maintenance equipment).

3. Coordinate procurement inventory of consumables/equipment and payment/delivery processes.

4. Ensure health & safety compliance and optimize space and operating costs.

5. Plan and coordinate maintenance activities with the Facilities Manager.

6. Lead hub openings: site selection technical due diligence define infrastructure/equipment needs coordinate internal/external stakeholders manage schedule budget and golive testing.

7. Document launch processes build national playbook and train local teams on standards.

Requirements:

Bachelors/Masters in project management logistics engineering or related field.

2. 3 years in facility management and/or logistics/infrastructure project management.

3. Proven experience opening logistics centers or industrial platforms.

4. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

5. Proficient with project management tools (MS Project Jira Asana etc.).

6. Professional English; willingness to travel up to 50%.

Preferred:

Ecommerce/express logistics experience multi-site/international exposure.

2. PMP Prince2 or equivalent certification.
