We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to support end-to-end hiring for our manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing and coordinating recruitment activities
Key Responsibilities:
* Source candidates through job portals social media campus drives referrals and local networks
* Screen resumes conduct initial telephonic interviews and shortlist suitable profiles.
* Coordinate interviews assessments and follow-ups with hiring managers.
* Manage walk-ins bulk hiring drives and contractor workforce coordination.
* Maintain recruitment trackers MIS reports and hiring documentation.
* Liaise with manpower agencies and vendors for recruitment needs.
* Collaborate with production and HR teams to understand manpower requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree in HR / Management / Industrial Relations (preferred).
* 3-5 years of recruitment experience in a manufacturing / plant setup.
* Strong knowledge of shop-floor roles and technical hiring.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Preferred Male Candidates
