Our Partner a well-established corporate group operating within a multi-business / holding structure is seeking a Strategy & Corporate Performance Management Manager to lead strategic planning and enterprise-wide performance management processes. This role will be responsible for defining the organizations strategic direction managing strategic planning cycles establishing and monitoring corporate scorecard systems and driving performance alignment across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning
Coordinate the development of mid- and long-term strategic plans.
Lead the definition of strategic objectives targets KPIs and strategic initiatives.
Analyze strategic risks and critical success factors.
Work closely with senior management throughout the strategic planning process.
Corporate Performance Management
Design implement and continuously improve corporate performance management systems (e.g. Balanced Scorecard OKR).
Define performance indicators targets and measurement methodologies.
Prepare and present corporate scorecard evaluation reports to management.
Establish and manage performance monitoring cycles (monthly / quarterly / annual).
Process Management & Business Excellence Integration
Ensure integration between strategy process management and performance systems.
Monitor alignment between process-level targets and strategic objectives.
Link business excellence frameworks (EFQM) continuous improvement and Kaizen practices with strategic planning.
Data Analytics & Reporting
Conduct or coordinate data analyses to support strategic decision-making.
Ensure the accuracy and relevance of the corporate KPI pool.
Develop strategic reporting standards dashboards and executive management reports.
Strategic Initiative & Project Management
Monitor strategic initiatives and enterprise-level projects.
Support project portfolio management processes.
Perform progress tracking risk assessments and benefit realization analyses for critical projects.
Linkage with Enterprise Risk Management
Coordinate the identification and assessment of strategic risks.
Ensure alignment between strategic objectives and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) internal controls and action plans.
Stakeholder Management
Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders throughout strategy and performance management processes.
Conduct market sector and competitive analyses (e.g. SWOT PESTLE).
Prepare executive presentations Board-level reports and strategy workshops.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics Industrial Engineering or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
Proven experience in strategic planning and corporate performance management roles.
Experience within holding or group company structures is a strong advantage.
Solid knowledge of performance frameworks such as Balanced Scorecard OKR and strategy execution models.
Strong analytical reporting and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced proficiency in English with the ability to prepare executive-level reports and presentations.
