Are you a skilled communicator with a passion for customer service Do you dream of working in one of Europes most vibrant countries We are looking for dedicated and service-minded Czech-speaking Customer Service Agents to join our team in Greece - either on-site in Athens or remotely from anywhere in the country (well ship the equipment to you!).

About the Role:

As a Customer Service Agent you will be part of a dynamic international team supporting well-known global brands. Your role will involve handling inquiries and providing excellent service to customers via multiple channels.

Main responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat

• Resolve issues efficiently and professionally

• Accurately record and update customer information in internal systems

• Deliver a high level of service and maintain customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Native-level or C2 proficiency in Czech (written and spoken)

• Minimum B2 level in English

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenges with professionalism

• Basic technical proficiency
