Are you ready to swap the rain for the Mediterranean sun We are looking for enthusiastic service-oriented Dutch speakers to join our vibrant team in the heart of Athens Greece.
As a Travel Agent for one of the worlds most renowned online travel platforms you will be the voice of a brand that helps millions of people experience the world. The Role: What Youll Do
You will be the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking travelers ensuring their journey is seamless from the moment they book until they return home.
- Expert Assistance: Support customers via phone email and chat with inquiries regarding hotel bookings flight reservations and car rentals.
- Problem Solving: Handle modifications cancellations and special requests with a proactive and empathetic approach.
- Relationship Building: Act as a bridge between travelers and accommodation partners to resolve complex issues and ensure high satisfaction.
- Navigating Tools: Use state-of-the-art booking systems and internal databases to provide accurate real-time information.
- Quality First: Maintain high-quality service standards and contribute to a positive multicultural team environment.
What We Are Looking For
- Native or Near-Native Dutch: Fluent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- English Proficiency: A good command of English (B2 level) to navigate training and communicate with international colleagues.
- Passion for Travel: A genuine interest in the tourism industry and helping others explore.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using multiple tabs software tools and digital platforms simultaneously.
- Experience: Prior experience in travel or customer service is a plus but not a requirement. We provide world-class fully paid training to get you started!
