We are currently seeking a hands-on and motivated Depot Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our depot and lead a team of dedicated drivers. This is an exciting opportunity to take the next step in your leadership career with a company committed to safety service and community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support a team of bus drivers to deliver reliable and customer-focused services
• Drive and support day-to-day operations including scheduling absentee management and resource planning
• Ensure services are delivered safely and in line with fatigue management regulations and enterprise agreements
• Handle roster variations pay queries and other administrative tasks to ensure payroll accuracy
• Maintain a strong safety culture respond to incidents and support investigations when required
• Foster a high-performance team culture with a strong focus on customer service and continuous improvement
• Ensure depot presentation fleet cleanliness and maintenance standards are met
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams regulatory bodies and the public

What Youll Bring:

• Proven experience leading teams in an operational environment
• Strong decision-making skills and the ability to respond quickly to changing circumstances
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• A valid HR licence or willingness to obtain one (bus driving required)
• Working with Children Check and current First Aid & CPR certificates (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with operational systems
• A proactive solutions-focused mindset and a commitment to safety and compliance
