This is anewly created positionwithin our Smart Buildings business supporting the factory andsupplyoperations inEdeand Evergem. Our Smart Buildings portfolio includesin-wall power outlets and meter cabinets supplied towholesalers and contractorsacross the Benelux.
As a Planning & Fulfillment Specialist you play a key role in ensuring the continuity of production by managing andoptimizingthesupply planning process for the factory. Your daily focus is onanticipatingdemand preventing supplyshortagesandmaintainingclose alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
You willoperateat the heart of the business balancing planningforecasting execution and collaboration to safeguard on-time delivery and operational excellence.
You will bemainly accountablefor:
Planning and coordinating the supply process to support uninterrupted factory production.
Proactively preventing supply shortages through forward planning and analysis.
Monitoring supply performance and inventory levels against agreed KPIs.
Maintaining close contact with key stakeholders including production sales supplyunitsand the business office.
Supporting short-term planning and execution to ensure customer and production commitments are met.
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within planning and fulfillment.
This role reports directly to theLocal Planning & Fulfillment Managerand hasno direct reports.

Qualifications for the role
Required:
Bachelors degree (HBO) inSupply Chain Logistics Business Administration or Economics.
Minimum5 years of relevant work experience.
Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working.
Hands-on mentality and proactive mindset.
Strong communicationskills and a collaborative attitude.
Fluent inDutch and English.
Willingness to travel within the Benelux (approximately once every two weeks toEvergem Belgium).
Nice to have:
Affinity with technical products and manufacturing environments.
