We are seeking a highly capable and dependable employee to manage complex loan processes and client interactions with an emphasis on rapid onboarding and strong performance.
Must haves:
Communication (Non-Negotiable)
- Exceptionally clear spoken English; confident and persuasive.
- Ability to command a conversation and sound credible to high-net-worth clients.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
Presence & Professional Maturity
- Executive-level tone; comfortable speaking with CEOs and investors.
- Handles objections calmly and builds rapport quickly.
Sales Aptitude
- Natural influence and ability to guide a call toward the next steps.
- Demonstrates curiosity ownership and coachability.
Cognitive Ability
- Learns complex information quickly and thinks logically under pressure.
Work Ethic & Reliability
- Full-time availability consistent schedule and self-driven.
