As part of our ongoing digital transformation and workforce analytics initiative we are seeking a passionate and analytical HR Data Analytics Intern to join our HR People & Culture team.
About the Role
This internship provides an exciting opportunity for a motivated student or recent graduate with a background in Human Resources (Data Analytics) to gain hands-on experience in HR data management and analytics within a dynamic industry environment.
You will support the HR People & Culture Department in analyzing workforce data streamlining reporting processes and contributing to data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect clean and organize HR data from systems such as Xero BambooHR and internal records.
- Assist in developing dashboards and reports that track HR metrics (e.g. attendance performance trends).
- Support workforce planning and compliance reporting requirements.
- Identify data patterns and provide insights to improve employee experience and business performance.
- Assist in documentation process mapping and improvement of HR data workflows.
- Collaborate with the HR team on ad-hoc projects related to data quality and analytics.
About You
You are analytical curious and passionate about the intersection between people and data. You enjoy problem-solving and working in a team-oriented practical environment.
Requirements:
- Currently studying or recently completed a degree in Human Resource Management Data Analytics Business Statistics or related field.
- Strong proficiency in Excel SharePoint or Google Sheets
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking skills.
- Good understanding of HR processes and interest in workforce analytics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
