Job Summary

SUMMARY

Collaborate with Classroom Teacher regarding student progress and coordinating Arts Integration services.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

Valid Arizona Teaching Certification in elementary or secondary education with an endorsement in Art

An AZ Standard Professional Arts Education Certification in Art

Arizona IVP fingerprint clearance card.

Experience with one or more of the arts disciplinesVisual Art

Experience with integration of the art form(s) with tested curricular subjects.

Knowledge of the Arizona State Standards for the Arts

Knowledge of the National Arts Standards current brain-based learning research and multiple/alternative assessment methods.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

ESL Endorsement or Bilingual Spanish Endorsement

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS AFTER HIRE

Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles) or proof of MMR immunization

COMMENTS

Effective:2026-2027 SCHOOL YEAR

LOCATION:Robins K-8 School- Sweetwater & Silverbell Area

FTE :1.0 -7.5 hours per day

Work Calendar:9.5 month

Positions less than 30 hours per week are not eligible for district benefits.

Salary will be prorated if the start date is after the first day of the work calendar for the position.

Probationary Contracts will be issued for any contingent Certifications Positions that are 0.6 FTE or less and certified employees within their first three years with the District.
