Job Summary
Samsic UK invites applications for the position of an Area Cleaning Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations within a specified geographical zone and ensuring a high level of service is consistently delivered and maintained.
Duties and Responsibilities
The role of an Area Cleaning Supervisor at Samsic UK will involve but not be limited to the following:
- Primary responsibility for the supervision coordination and management of cleaning teams spread across multiple sites.
- Liaising with clients to confirm cleaning schedules resolve any issues and ensure client satisfaction.
- Conducting regular site inspections to assess the quality of work identify any patchy areas and implement instant improvements.
- Budget management including monitoring supplies inventory maintenance of cleaning equipment and initiating cost-effective strategies.
- Providing training to cleaning staff and periodic evaluations of their performance ensuring adherence to company standards and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for the role of Area Cleaning Supervisor at Samsic UK should possess the following qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry or related field.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills to drive team performance.

- Good eye for detail.
