Job Description:

As a founding engineer you will own the core product end-to-end for a cutting-edge real-time platform. You will build and scale agentic AI workflows and sophisticated full-stack architecture. This is a rare opportunity for a high-performing builder to join a fast-paced environment and shape the technical foundation of a scalable AI-driven product.

What you will do:

• Build and maintain core product features end-to-end using TypeScript and Convex.

• Develop and optimize agentic AI workflows using Python to enhance platform capabilities.

• Collaborate on infrastructure including deployments and CI/CD to ensure a robust and scalable real-time experience.

The ideal candidate:

• Early career builder (up to 2 years experience) with a track record of shipping complex side projects.

• Strong academic background with proficiency in TypeScript and Python.

• Proactive problem-solver with a passion for building real-time products and an interest in agentic AI technologies.
